Co-Founder/Managing Director/CFO for start-up hedge fund(s) and private equity fund(s) focused on real estate asset-based lending and preferred equity investments. Lead the construction of the fund(s) and managed the operations of a complex master-feeder hedge fund structure with onshore and offshore (Cayman Island) vehicles. Assets under management (AUM) reached approximately $300 million for all funds under management.

  • Worked with securities counsel and accountants to develop fund structure, transaction flow and investment documents for hedge fund vehicles and private equity fund
